The Living Memories Publication, Part 2:
Building on the first publication, this new edition continues to explore the rich history and lasting legacy of St Albans School of Art, drawing together research, stories and reflections gathered throughout the project's second phase. This marks another important milestone in our collaborative project that celebrates 150 years of the School of Art and the creative community it continues to inspire.

The Chapman Gallery:
Celebrating 10 years of the Chapman Gallery – a dedicated space on the College Lane campus showcasing highlights from the University of Hertfordshire Art Collection.
Housed in the University’s former Main Reception, the Chapman Gallery brings together key works from the University’s accredited Art Collection, offering a snapshot of its breadth and quality. Founded in 1952, the UH Art Collection has grown over the decades through acquisitions and donations and today comprises over 500 works.
On display are works by artists including Ben Nicholson, Reg Butler, Stanley Spencer, and Alan Davie, as well as recent acquisitions of works by artists connected to the St Albans School of Art: Veronica Ryan OBE RA, Rana Begum RA and Mary Hoad.
We look forward to celebrating these milestones with you!
